“Yeghvard” Youth Ecological NGO is implementing the Greenworks Project to promote social entrepreneurship in Georgia and Armenia, drawing on best practices from Visegrad countries. Through training, experience sharing, and networking, the project empowers rural youth leaders to develop sustainable, community-focused initiatives.

The project is co-financed by the governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from the International Visegrad Fund.

The project aims to empower rural youth and local media to become informed and active members of their communities.

The Youth Center for Civil Development, with support from the Lithuanian Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Fund, is implementing a project to promote democratic values and combat disinformation in Georgia. The project focuses on developing media literacy and advocacy skills among young people, particularly from conflict-affected and ethnic minority communities. Recent trainings held in November 2024 helped young leaders from Kvemo Kartli and Shida Kartli regions gain the knowledge and skills to raise awareness about disinformation and serve as peer educators in their local communities.

The project aimed to enhance awareness of NATO – Georgia relationship values, strengthen the alliance’s public image, and prevent anti-disinformation threats in villages near the administrative boundary line to Russian-occupied territories in Georgia. This was achieved through capacity building of rural youth, local youth civil society organizations and awaraness raising campaign.
