The pilot workshop  “Youth Engagement for European Integration: Countering Anti-Western Disinformation and Propaganda,” was conducted in village Vakhtangisi at Gardabani Youth Center on 15 September, 2024. 20 youngsters participated.

They gained tools to identify and counter disinformation, resulting in a significant shift in attitude among rural youth. They now better recognize their role in combating anti-Western propaganda and support Georgia’s European aspirations. Consequently, these young individuals actively serve as multipliers in their communities, enhancing the value of non-formal education.

The activity was conducted in the project frame “Advocating Truth” that is supported by Estonian MFA.
