Mentoring and Coaching Program Strengthened Social Entrepreneurship Under the GreenWorks Project
The Mentoring and Coaching Program was implemented as part of the GreenWorks project, an initiative aimed at supporting young social entrepreneurs from Armenia and Georgia.
The program provided Armenian and Georgian young leaders with the opportunity to connect with experienced mentors from Visegrad Countries, supporting them in refining their social business ideas and scaling their impact.
Through a series of online mentoring sessions included:
Mentors worked closely with participants to develop and strengthen their ideas, transforming them into concrete and actionable strategies.
The program also fostered regional cooperation between Armenia, Georgia, and the Visegrad Countries through meaningful exchange and peer learning, contributing to the creation of a supportive cross-border ecosystem for social entrepreneurship.
This project was implemented with the support of the International Visegrad Fund and co-financed by the governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia.
