Media Literacy and Cyber Hygiene Workshop Held in Gori at School of Sciences
On April 8, 2025, a media literacy workshop was held in Gori for school students at the School of Sciences. The workshop engaged young participants in discussions and activities focused on media literacy and cyber hygiene.
Through practical examples and interactive sessions, the students explored essential topics such as identifying disinformation, maintaining digital safety, and understanding the role of media in shaping public opinion. The event aimed to enhance their critical thinking skills and raise awareness about responsible digital behavior.
The workshop was organized within the framework of the project “Empowering Youth Resilience: Fighting Disinformation and Promoting European Aspirations in Conflict-Affected and Ethnic Minority Communities,” implemented by the Youth Center for Civil Development (YCCD). The initiative is supported by the Lithuanian Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Fund.
