Media Literacy Workshop Held for Youngsters in Rustavi on 10 April

On April 10, 2025, a series of interactive workshop on media literacy was conducted in Rustavi for local youngsters.

How can we become resilient to disinformation?
How do we recognize and combat fake news?
How can we protect the truth to uphold democratic values?

These were the key questions addressed during the sessions. Participants explored these important topics through practical examples and hands-on activities aimed at enhancing their critical thinking and media analysis skills.

The workshops were organized within the framework of the project “Empowering Youth Resilience: Fighting Disinformation and Promoting European Aspirations in Conflict-Affected and Ethnic Minority Communities”, implemented by the Youth Center for Civil Development (YCCD). The initiative is supported by the Lithuanian Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Fund.
